2023-2024 Season
THE ANXIETY PROJECT is a new musical that explores true stories of contemporary suffering, loss, struggle, alienation, friendship, brokenness, love, hate and everything that comes with anxiety and depression disorders and other mental illnesses. The show combats the last great stigma and gives voice to the people who live it – using the actual words of those for whom this disease is a large part of their lives. At once poignant and touching, this new musical explores the effects of mental illness on our collective minds – and how ignoring it leaves ripples in our social existence.
Rachel Dean, author/composer of the musical, is a Kennedy Graduate who works in New York as a composer, Broadway accompanist, and music director. She is a pianist for Hamilton and Moulin Rouge on Broadway and a staff pianist for NYU Steinhardt. Her work has been performed all over the world.
The Lion King, Jr will be our Children’s Theatre production. Shows will run November 29 to December 2.
The Spring Musical dates will be April 18-20. The show Is Sweeney Todd.
